Customer Care Representative - Remote

In Short

• Answer incoming calls and field questions regarding our products.
• Handle customer questions, complaints, and billing inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
• Document consumer interactions according to procedures.
• Interface with Operations and Accounting regarding customer needs.
• Assist in training new employees as needed.
• Maintain working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.

Requirements

• 1 to 3+ years customer service or related business experience.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Working knowledge of SAP/ERP desirable.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred.
