Overview

As a Customer Care Representative at Dotmatics, you will play a key role in enhancing customer support and building long-term relationships with clients in a remote-friendly environment.

In Short

  • Respond to incoming support requests and assist with account management.
  • Partner with the Sales team for presentations and demos.
  • Work across multiple software products and support systems.
  • Collaborate with product support and development teams.
  • Manage side projects related to customer experience improvement.
  • Identify and lead customer health metrics.
  • Engage with product teams for feature roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate with QA for testing and bug fixes.
  • Work with experts to enhance training and support content.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer support experience in a SaaS environment.
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
  • Background in sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Familiarity with technical/scientific software products.
