Overview

We’re seeking a Manager, Commercial Marketing/Enablement to power Visana’s next stage of growth, partnering closely with various teams to lead B2B marketing campaigns and strengthen our position in women’s health.

In Short

• Plan, write, and execute marketing content across various platforms.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor positioning.
• Own execution of Visana’s presence at key industry events.
• Develop sales enablement materials and support sales campaigns.
• Build repeatable processes and maintain documentation.
• Leverage AI tools for operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to create clear messaging.
• Support the Chief Commercial Officer with governance and organization.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, commercial strategy, or sales enablement.
• Experience in healthcare market dynamics.
• Proven success in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
• Design sensibility and collaboration skills.
• Growth mindset and curiosity in self-development.

Benefits
