Overview

The Sales Enablement Marketing Manager will create and manage high-impact content to support the sales team, ensuring alignment with the broader marketing and demand generation strategy.

• Develop and manage a library of sales enablement content.
• Collaborate with product marketing and demand generation teams.
• Provide content support for webinars.
• Work with sales leadership to identify content gaps.
• Manage the Brandit Portal for content storage.
• Support organic social initiatives.
• Coordinate PR opportunities and award submissions.
• Create and maintain property references and referrals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement or marketing communications.
• Strong writing and content development skills.
• Familiarity with content management systems and CRM.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Collaborative and proactive.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
