Community Engagement Advisor - Remote

Overview

The Community Engagement Advisor is responsible for driving subscriber growth, increasing product penetration, and delivering a high-touch customer experience across assigned multi-dwelling unit (MDU) communities.

In Short

• Drive sales and subscriber growth through direct engagement.
• Conduct door-to-door outreach and community events.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Upsell and cross-sell services.
• Educate residents on product offerings.
• Build relationships with property managers.
• Assist during town halls and support onboarding phases.
• Create and manage customer orders.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive offerings.
• Collaborate with management to meet sales objectives.

Requirements

• Must live in the West Palm Beach area.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience.
• Proven success in field-based sales environments.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• High level of accountability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
