In Short

  • UPSTACK is looking to hire four (4) Client Engagement Advisors.
  • This role is ideal for a driven, strategic sales professional.
  • Proactively identify and engage prospective customers.
  • Qualify leads and set up high-value meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to drive measurable pipeline growth.
  • Track and manage outreach efforts in Salesforce.
  • Maintain a pulse on industry trends and competitive insights.
  • Work toward a transition into a leadership position.
  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience required.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience, preferably in IT services, SaaS, telecommunications.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
  • A growth mindset and leadership potential.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 annually.
  • Participation in a variable commissions structure of $50,000+ (uncapped).
