Requirements

• 7+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B.

• Hands-on leadership style.
• Excellent coaching and team-building skills.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Proficient in Salesforce and digital sales tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.
