UPSTACK is seeking a highly motivated and execution-driven Technical Program Manager (TPM) to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to critical cross-functional initiatives.

• Serve as the program owner and operational leader within UPSTACK Technology.
• Translate big-picture strategy into detailed execution plans.

• Launch and support Centers of Excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
• Proven ability to operate in lean environments.
• Strong execution skills—able to drive clarity in ambiguity.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfort with tools and platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategy and execution.
• A high degree of accountability and a “get-it-done” mindset.
