Technical Program Manager - Remote

Overview

Experian is seeking a Technical Program Manager who excels at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution to guide complex programs across engineering, product, and data science teams.

In Short

• Lead the planning, execution, and operationalization of programs involving cloud, data, security, and GenAI technologies.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and serve as the accountability anchor for end-to-end execution.
• Facilitate deep technical conversations including system architecture and data pipelines.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps using Agile and SAFe frameworks.
• Identify risks and manage dependencies, clearing execution blockers.
• Communicate with senior leadership about project status and trade-offs.
• Champion process optimization and tooling automation to enhance performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering leadership.
• Experience in SaaS, cloud-native, or data-intensive environments.
• Familiarity with cloud computing services like AWS.
• Experience with Agile practices and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP, CSM, or equivalent certifications.
