Technical Program Manager - Remote

In Short

• Lead and own complex, multi-disciplinary integration projects.
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Coordinate all players and keep them updated on progress.
• Establish program management processes and standards.
• Facilitate effective communication across teams.
• Drive requirements and documentation efforts.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Implementation Services teams.
• Identify and track success metrics.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading large cross-team initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience in a consulting environment or coordinating with third-party teams.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts with engineering teams.
• Proven experience in building new processes.
• Comfortable with stakeholders of all levels.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
