Overview

We seek a motivated Technical Program Manager to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of key business outcomes. As a Technical Program Manager at Signifyd, you'll be at the forefront of protecting and growing e-commerce businesses in the face of fraud and abuse, while enabling seamless customer experiences and insights.

Partner with engineering, product, and data science teams to build scalable fraud prevention solutions

Define and own project scope, goals, and key milestones for your initiatives
Proactively track and manage issues, risks, and project dependencies
Understand technical capabilities and limitations to make informed decisions
Drive clarity by breaking down complex problems and asking thoughtful questions
Build trust and strong relationships with stakeholders across different teams
Use data and metrics to ground expectations and track progress

Requirements

1-4 years of experience in a Program Management, Technical Project Management, or related technical role
Experience managing software development projects, ideally within an agile environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
Comfortable with basic technical concepts and a willingness to learn more
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with cloud services and technologies, a plus
Exposure to building analytics products or services, a plus
Familiarity with Machine Learning or Data Science concepts, a plus
