In Short

• Coordinate and drive execution of high-priority initiatives across product and engineering.
• Own end-to-end program delivery, defining scope, setting milestones, and managing dependencies.
• Partner closely with the Head of Product and Head of Engineering.
• Facilitate effective cross-team collaboration.
• Identify and proactively manage risks.
• Build and optimize processes for tracking progress.
• Lead with a data-driven mindset.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program or project management experience.
• Deep familiarity with ad platforms and the adtech ecosystem.
• Experience leading programs with integrations and analytics.
• Strong technical acumen in system architecture and data pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Passion for privacy and data security.
