Senior Business Analytics Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Analytics Consultant to join our team here at ShyftLabs! This role involves understanding and developing overall business strategies using advanced analytics and data.

In Short

• Design quality technical solutions to meet client business objectives.
• Develop and test data models to capture clients KPIs and data transformations.
• Work with client stakeholders to develop end-to-end Cloud-based solutions.
• Analyze full-funnel marketing to find value.
• Contribute to product vision and roadmap.
• Ensure consistency in delivering quality solutions.
• Identify and resolve technical issues.
• Teach and learn new technologies and tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data, 2+ years in retail/e-commerce.
• CRM/Marketing Analytics experience is essential.
• Strong experience with SQL and Python.
• Experience with Cloud Data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in STEM.
• Client-facing experience with Executive level stakeholders.
• Experience developing Machine Learning models.
• Experience with distributed source control such as GIT.
