Technical Program Manager - Remote

In Short

• Remote / home based position that can be based anywhere in Hungary.
• Align working hours with US working hours, from 15:00 PM to 11:30 PM (CET) Monday to Friday.
• Collaborate and build relationships across the organization.
• Work hands-on with all teams and leadership to optimize cross-functional team processes.
• Identify and clarify key risks and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform program progress and measure success.
• Support all aspects of technology operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in managing multiple complex programs.
• Ability to navigate cross time zone and cross company collaboration.
• Understanding of software development processes (e.g. Agile Scrum) and technologies.
• Proficient with Jira and Confluence, and apps like MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline or experience.
