Technical Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to join NetBox Labs and help us accelerate delivery of our commercial and open-source products. In this role, you will drive high-impact programs across engineering and product teams, supporting our mission to make it easier to build and manage complex networks and infrastructure.

In Short

• Own the execution of technical programs across multiple teams, aligning work with company priorities and product strategy.
• Create a consistent cadence of accountability by collaborating with stakeholders to establish project scope, timelines, and milestones.
• Track action items and ensure timely follow-through.
• Drive critical conversations that enable forward momentum and unblock decision-making.
• Keep multiple workstreams moving in parallel by breaking down complex efforts into manageable parts.
• Understand technical content deeply enough to recognize updates with cross-cutting implications.
• Pair closely with product and technical leads to share context for effective decision-making.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with engineers to understand challenges and remove blockers.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement in how we plan and deliver software.

Requirements

• Prior experience working in a high-growth startup environment.
• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management roles.
• Understanding of value streams and optimizing team structures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and relationships.
• Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to adapt.
• Experience with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude).
