Manager, Advisory Services - Remote

Overview

The Manager of Advisory Services is a key member of the Advisory team, focused on supporting Abrigo’s goals and driving client success. This role offers dynamic opportunities to contribute across various areas of the organization, principally Valuation and Stress Testing.

In Short

• Lead a successful professional services team through the development of high-performing consultants.
• Assist in the development of strategies that support Abrigo’s goals of growth and operational efficiencies.
• Execute to achieve tactical goals of revenue forecasting and key performance indicators.
• Oversee and mentor team members to ensure high-quality client deliverables.
• Cross collaboration with internal customers and other Advisory pillars.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Director, Advisory.
• Help develop and execute team OKR initiatives.
• Remain current on regulatory and compliance changes.
• Advise on the development of standard SOWs and training materials.
• Train team members on relevant conceptual content and delivery processes.

Requirements

• Ability to drive and inspire a diverse team of analysts and consultants.
• Proven leadership and strong sense of urgency.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional services experience.
• Ability to discern important priorities from competing responsibilities.
• Closing and deal engineering ability.
• Finance, valuation, stress testing, CECL background preferred.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; MBA a plus.
