Overview

The CIS Services Manager will oversee the delivery of communication and information services for NATO, ensuring system readiness and quality of engineering support.

In Short

• Manage Deployable CIS infrastructure and ensure system readiness.
• Conduct risk assessments and manage Change Management plans.
• Support the Principal Service Manager with budget submissions.
• Contribute to system documentation updates.
• Manage contractor support resources.
• Provide input for SLA reports and change management processes.
• Support project managers through project phases.
• Deputize for higher grade staff as required.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• ITIL Foundation and Intermediate Certifications.
• Experience in IT services engineering and management.
• Demonstrable experience as a line manager.
• Experience in Configuration and Change Management processes.
• Strong business and managerial skills.
• Report writing and presentation skills.
