The Cloud Services Manager will develop and implement strategies for growth in managed hosting and cloud services, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in data hosting or SaaS leadership.
• 2+ years of experience in budgeting and project management.
• Working knowledge of CRMs and security protocols.
• Experience in marketing and sales for IT services.
• Excellent communication skills.
