Project Manager - Cloud Services - Remote

Overview

Caylent is seeking skilled Project Management professionals at multiple seniority levels—Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Principal Project Manager—to join our expanding Cloud Project Management team. The specific role and level will be determined during the recruitment process, based on your qualifications, experience, and assessment feedback.

In Short

• Manage all assigned projects, including setting goals between clients and delivery teams.
• Act as Scrum Master to manage and track sprint progress.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Collaborate with client Product Owners and Caylent Architects.
• Review and approve weekly time submissions and monthly invoices.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues.
• Champion project experience through excellent communication.
• Mentor new team members through the onboarding process.
• Assist in identifying best practices or gaps in the process.
• Seek and identify additional growth opportunities during the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in consulting or professional services managing large-scale programs.
• Prior management of technical engagements with a budget over $500,000.
• Experience in project management disciplines and methodologies.
• Experience leading projects in an Agile/Waterfall environment.
• Ability to identify and manage risks effectively.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present to executives.
• Ability to contribute processes and standards around project management best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to provide thought leadership in infrastructure modernization.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to act as a mentor to new team members.
