Overview

The Client Engagement Lead (CEL) manages engagements from inception to completion, identifying and documenting requirements, supporting clients on various information security initiatives, keeping all stakeholders apprised of program and budget status, and managing issues to resolution.

In Short

  • Manage client engagements throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Document requirements and support clients on information security initiatives.
  • Oversee program health and manage issues to resolution.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic program management delivery plans and schedules.
  • Monitor engagement budgets and resource utilization.
  • Communicate client concerns and resolve challenges strategically.
  • Lead program meetings and distribute status reports.
  • Collaborate with sales and account teams for business growth.
  • Perform work independently while managing program delivery strategies.

Requirements

  • BA or BS in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, etc.).
  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing Program or Project role.
  • Expertise in Program Management methodologies and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Knowledge of security threats and solutions is preferred.
  • Experience managing information security engagements required.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in consulting and providing security expertise is a plus.
