Overview

Hillel International is looking for an IACT Engagement Advisor for a one-year commitment to support and mentor IACT professionals on campus, driving student engagement and impact. In this role, you will develop and execute programs that enhance Birthright recruitment and strengthen Hillel’s mission. Reporting to the Director of Operations, IACT, you will be a key member of the IACT team, playing a crucial role in building vibrant Jewish student communities. This role is for a high-performing current or former IACT with a proven track record of effectively engaging students both broadly and deeply while making a meaningful impact on campus Greek life.

In Short

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2–5 years of experience as an IACT Coordinator.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop talent.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Deep enthusiasm for Jewish life and Israel.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—adaptable and innovative.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in video conferencing and social media.
  • Positive energy and a collaborative attitude.
