Overview

Hillel International is seeking a mission-driven professional to support a critical effort in combating antisemitism and supporting Jewish life on college campuses. As the Manager of the Campus Impact Advisors Program, you will play a central role in driving a new, high-impact initiative that empowers campus professionals to respond to and prevent antisemitism through data-informed strategies, learning, facilitating dialogue, and collaboration. Your work supporting the Associate Vice President of Campus Antisemitism Solutions will directly shape how Hillel and its campus partners address one of the most urgent challenges facing Jewish students today. This is a rare opportunity to influence the national conversation around antisemitism in higher education and ensure Jewish students feel safe, supported, and proud of their identities. The Manager will contribute to the construction and implementation of a pilot cohort-based program that challenges antisemitism through proactive and reactive interventions at colleges and universities across the United States.

In Short

  • Coordinate virtual and in-person gatherings and learning experiences that support growth and reflection across the Campus Impact Cohort community.
  • Provide support to a cohort of field professionals by organizing and distributing relevant resources and learning materials, facilitating relevant discussions and relational activities, and tracking progress towards goals.
  • Draft and distribute clear, compelling communications to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collect, analyze, and organize bi-weekly reports on Campus Impact Cohort activities in alignment with program priorities.
  • Maintain systems and tools for tracking qualitative and quantitative data for program outputs and outcomes.
  • Maintain systems for collecting and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data related to antisemitic incidents and campus climate.
  • Manage and distribute incoming news and social media alerts related to the Hillels represented in the cohort.
  • Foster and sustain relationships with field Hillel professionals, Hillel International professionals, and external partners towards collaboration in serving the campus communities.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development in the fields of antisemitism education, anti-bias learning, and campus affairs.

Requirements

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in teaching, facilitation, program coordination, program evaluation and impact, campus affairs, or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. Graduate degree (or interest in pursuing graduate studies) preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of antisemitism education and anti-bias learning.
  • Experience teaching, leading, interpreting, or facilitating formal or informal education preferred.
  • Experience in formal or informal research, data analysis, program measurement and impact preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong data tracking and analysis skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Genuine interest in working with groups across ideologies and identities.
  • Experience coordinating remote and virtual programming and gatherings.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary in the nonprofit marketplace. The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, Life, AD&D, and Long Term Disability (LTD) insurance, Flexible Spending accounts, generous vacation/sick time, and parental leave.
  • Great professional development, mentoring, and skill-building opportunities.
  • Travel domestically.
