Impact Project Manager - Remote

Overview

Enveritas is a dynamic non-profit organization focused on improving sustainability in agricultural supply chains, particularly in coffee and cocoa, through the development and funding of impactful interventions.

In Short

• Join the Impact team to develop and manage impact projects.
• 5 – 10+ years of professional experience required.
• Experience in strategy/business consulting is ideal.
• Comfortable managing a small team and interfacing with stakeholders.
• Experience in carbon sequestration, agritech, or climate tech is preferred.
• Remote-first environment with some travel to coffee origins.
• Design and implement impact programs from start to finish.
• Evaluate and monitor project results.
• Manage junior members of the Impact team.
• Engage with external partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-3 years in strategy consulting or finance/PE.
• 3+ years of additional relevant experience.
• University degree in science or engineering preferred.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative data analysis skills.
• Proven client management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a multicultural team.
• Willingness to travel to production areas, particularly in Africa.
