Enveritas is looking for exceptional talent to join our team and to support our operations and data analysis work in Africa and Asia, as well as some global functions.

In Short

• Assist in managing verification operations and data analysis work in Asia and Africa.
• Surface trends and insights for coffee roasters to strengthen supply chains.
• Manage data quality control processes for coffee origins.
• Support management of proprietary survey and data collection tools.
• Design and scale new tools and SOPs for country teams.
• Conduct special analysis projects on sustainability topics.
• Collaborate with global team members including data scientists and coffee experts.
• Gain experience in coffee production through community visits.

Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in consulting, business, finance, or data analysis.
• Availability for regular travel to multiple countries in Asia/Africa.
• Experience in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.
• Desire to alleviate poverty and improve the world.
• Strong work ethic and professionalism in remote work.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields with professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs; knowledge of Python is a plus.
