Hillel International is seeking a passionate, data-oriented Measurement Associate to join our dynamic team! In Short

• Provide HEaRT System Support by responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
• Champion Data Integrity by ensuring data accuracy and fixing inconsistencies.
• Manage User Access & Permissions in Salesforce for field professionals.
• Create User-Friendly Training Resources and lead training sessions.
• Support Annual Data Collection from 150+ Campus Hillels.
• Analyze Data & Discover Insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Track Key Metrics & Boost System Performance for user engagement.
• Collaborate on Special Projects & Data Integration to enhance data strategy.
• Support Daily Operations related to HEaRT and measurement initiatives.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of professional experience in data management or technology support.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven skills in adapting to new technology and managing data.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive independently and in a collaborative environment.
• Bonus points for familiarity with Salesforce and experience in user training.
