Overview

Sift is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Program Manager. You will play a pivotal role in leading and driving strategic initiatives across the organization, overseeing multiple projects and ensuring their successful delivery.

In Short

• Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Oversee the execution and delivery of multiple projects within the program.
• Develop and maintain program documentation.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues within the program.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Work with the Chief of Staff to develop program management methodologies.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging practices in program management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, project management, or related field.
• 4+ years in a program management or similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with a strategic perspective.
