• Manage a portfolio of client projects within specific practice areas.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and understand client needs and develop strategies for solution delivery.
• Act as an escalation point for project risks and delivery concerns.
• Develop and maintain project budgets from sales to delivery.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on business matters.
• Engage clients for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Implement organized sales processes for pipeline management.
• Recruit and mentor team members for professional growth.
• Communicate regularly with leadership regarding project updates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in client relationship management and consulting.
• Strong experience in the Insurance or Financial Services industry.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in remote client relationship management.
• Up to 25% domestic travel may be required.
