Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

As a Business Analyst at Auxo, you will bridge the gap between our clients and the technical teams to deliver custom software solutions using Unqork.

In Short

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal technical teams.
• Gather and document detailed business requirements for custom software solutions.
• Conduct business process analysis and develop clear documentation.
• Collaborate with Technical Project Managers to prioritize requirements.
• Support the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication and problem-solving between clients and the technical team.
• Assist with testing and validation of software solutions.
• Monitor project progress and adjust requirements as needed.
• Provide post-implementation support and gather client feedback.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and documentation best practices.
• Ability to convert user stories into test cases and use cases.
• Experience in the Life Insurance industry is required.
• Experience in Agile environments and proficiency with JIRA and Confluence preferred.
• Exceptional communication and client engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
