UX Designer - Remote

Overview

Auxo Solutions is a trailblazing development software development firm specializing in Unqork-based applications. This role reports to the UX Design Manager, where you will advance and apply people-centric design methods to create purposeful and innovative UX design solutions.

In Short

• Design and develop UX designs for end-users.
• Analyze and design solutions for products and services.
• Leverage tools like Figma, Canva, and XD.
• Create end-to-end workflows including user journeys and prototypes.
• Collaborate on user behavior research and translate findings into design artifacts.
• Present design proposals to team leaders and clients.
• Work comfortably in ambiguous situations to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders under the guidance of design leads.
• Execute prioritized work while identifying impediments and risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic/web design, UX, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of UX design experience in software development.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in a start-up or small company environment.
