UX Designer - Remote

Software Mind is seeking a talented and self-motivated UX Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a strong individual contributor who thrives in a fast-paced, scrappy startup environment.

In Short

• UI / UX Design work focused primarily on creating mockups and prototypes.
• All design work is done in Figma.
• Produce mockups and prototypes for business stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Product Designer to understand their vision.
• Have a product-focused mindset.
• Be on top of UX best practices and functionality.
• Work effectively with minimal guidance.
• 80-90% autonomy in the role.

Requirements

• +90% English written and oral (at least C1 level).
• Proven experience with lead forms, web pages, and mobile web design.
• Portfolio required.
• Must have 6 hours of overlap with the Pacific Time Zone.
• Strong design systems thinking and UX design best practices.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Operational, organized, and efficient.
