Business Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting the execution and day-to-day operations of Blue Stream Fiber’s product portfolio, including Internet, Video, Voice, and Value-Added Services. This role works closely with Product Managers to provide analytical support, maintain documentation, generate reporting, and help ensure product initiatives are delivered accurately and on time.

• Support Product Managers with ongoing analysis of product performance, customer behavior, and operational metrics.
• Pull and validate data from internal systems to support product decisions and day-to-day execution.
• Assist in evaluating product changes, pricing updates, and new initiatives through structured analysis and reporting.
• Track and monitor key product metrics (e.g., revenue, adoption, churn, usage) and provide regular updates.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring reports and dashboards related to product performance and KPIs.
• Gather, document, and maintain business and functional requirements for product initiatives and system enhancements.
• Support execution of product initiatives across the lifecycle, including launches, updates, and operational changes.
• Work closely with various departments to support execution of product-related work.
• Assist with analysis of pricing changes, promotions, and product packaging.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy across reports and systems.

• High level of accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and documentation.
• Strong ability to gather, interpret, and analyze data to drive business decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements.
• Works effectively across teams and follows through on dependencies.
• Ability to clearly present data, findings, and requirements.
• Identifies issues and supports resolution through data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis or data analysis roles.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
