Overview

The Marketing Enablement Manager is responsible for understanding the company’s marketing and sales strategies to develop and implement impactful programs and messages to attract prospective customers.

  • Coordinates promotional activities and trade shows.
  • Collaborates with various teams to align sales training efforts.
  • Tracks and analyzes marketing performance for optimizations.
  • Submits reports on marketing impacts to sales activities.
  • Manages budgets and vendor relationships effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience in end-to-end marketing activities in a B2B tech environment.
  • Proven track record in creating and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with lead generation and sales processes.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and channels.
  • Excellent business writing and communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service or account management is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Master’s preferred.
  • 8 to 12 years of relevant experience is preferred.
