Manager of Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance - Remote

Overview

The Manager, Security Governance Risk and Compliance is responsible for partnering with all departments and/or individuals throughout the company to help drive continuous risk management and compliance improvement.

In Short

• Leads security professionals and manages team performance.
• Designs and oversees the Security GRC program.
• Interacts with customers to ensure compliance with obligations.
• Maintains governance and compliance models.
• Manages the SOC2 program and liaises with departments.
• Implements secure and compliant solutions.
• Tracks and manages the overall security risk program.
• Manages vendors and service providers effectively.
• Conducts internal audits and escalates findings.
• Partners with business units to improve risk processes.

Requirements

• Experience leading at the functional level.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements (PCI-DSS, SOX, etc.).
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with technology audit frameworks.
• Knowledge of security solutions and systems.
• Prior customer experience with regulations.
• Project management experience with complex engagements.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Certifications: CISA, CFE, CISSP preferred.
• 7 to 10 years of relevant experience required.
