Overview

The Client Implementation Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for monitoring and improving the quality of Client Implementation interactions, projects, and tasks through data analysis, reporting, and training.

In Short

  • Collects, monitors, and analyzes data to measure the effectiveness of programs and procedures.
  • Performs daily internal quality audits of Client Implementation projects and tasks.
  • Evaluates key department processes and identifies areas for improvement.
  • Ensures accurate responses for implementation inquiries through quality control processes.
  • Conducts training sessions to educate teams on processes and procedures.
  • Produces detailed reports on project progress and customer satisfaction.
  • Identifies opportunities to document and track quality metrics in Salesforce.
  • Maintains knowledge of organizational processes and IT advancements.
  • Creates and maintains a knowledge base of Client Implementation policies and training materials.
  • Completes special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Experience leading at the functional level is required.
  • Experience implementing customer account changes is required.
  • Previous quality audit experience is preferred.
  • Experience presenting relevant information to clients is required.
  • Experience with the legal/court system is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required.
  • Education: Associate degree in business administration or related field is required.
  • Certifications: A valid driver’s license is required for work-related driving.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
