Overview

The Quality Assurance Analyst will work closely with various departments to ensure quality standards are met through training and process reviews.

In Short

• Perform quality assurance call and process reviews.
• Conduct training sessions for employees.
• Provide coaching to strengthen quality standards.
• Identify training needs based on reviews.
• Develop training materials and SOPs.
• Analyze findings and develop improvement reports.
• Recommend preventive actions for quality assurance.
• Track responses to findings from reviews.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management.
• Provide timely reports to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Six Sigma yellow/green belt (Desirable).
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Fluent verbal communication skills in English.
• Good analytical and cognitive skills.
• Attention to detail.
