In Short

• Design, develop, and execute manual test plans and test cases for both web and mobile platforms.
• Prioritize testing efforts based on business impact, user needs, risk level, and project timelines.
• Log and manage bugs using tools like JIRA and Testmo.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Client teams.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Maintain and evolve QA documentation and best practices.
• Troubleshoot bugs and surface meaningful insights.
• Uphold QA standards throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities across multiple projects.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in QA.
• Hands-on experience with QA processes in an agile environment.
• Proficiency with JIRA and familiarity with Testmo.
• Strong understanding of manual testing techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A collaborative mindset and experience working closely with teams.
• Experience in a SaaS or startup environment is a plus.
• Familiarity with Twilio, AWS, or mobile web testing is a bonus.
