In Short

  • Serve as the primary resource and partner for clients post-implementation.
  • Leverage product knowledge to deliver tailored solutions for client success.
  • Ensure clients understand the platform and its technical capabilities.
  • Accelerate new user adoption through education and support.
  • Maintain continuous engagement to increase product value.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and business churn risks.
  • Develop strategies for client engagement and success planning.
  • Represent the voice of the client internally.
  • Apply a solution-oriented approach to meet client needs.
  • Foster long-lasting relationships with clients.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in client success or account management.
  • Experience promoting SaaS solutions.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and web-based tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Experience in startups is a bonus.
  • Experience in the property management industry is a bonus.
  • Fluency in Spanish & English.
