Client Success Manager - Remote

In Short

• Own the entire client relationship lifecycle from onboarding to ongoing support.
• Articulate the value proposition of the ButterflyMX intercom system.
• Develop a strong understanding of software and hardware products.
• Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing platforms.
• Partner with Sales and Support teams to address and resolve client issues.
• Maintain and update property management contacts in Salesforce.
• Proactively identify account risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams for new launches.
• Work with management to deepen client relationships and renew business.
• Advocate for clients and share knowledge across the organization.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to pivot and adapt to changing situations.
• Experience in customer success or related fields.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and technical support platforms.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
