Director of Sales Operations - Remote

In Short

• Design and implement sales strategies, processes, and best practices to improve sales team productivity and effectiveness.
• Optimize sales workflows, including lead management, opportunity management, and quote-to-cash processes.
• Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights.
• Oversee the implementation and adoption of the CRM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales enablement and training programs.
• Identify and recommend improvements to sales tools and technologies.
• Develop and manage sales compensation plans.
• Partner with finance to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and targets.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sales operations or a similar role.
• Prior experience managing sales operations in a high-growth technology company preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales analytics tools.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with sales enablement and training programs.
• Knowledge of sales compensation plans and performance metrics.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence in sales organizations.
