• Seeking a skilled Corporate Counsel to provide legal support on commercial contracts, compliance, and corporate governance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements.
• Advise on intellectual property matters.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with various departments for legal guidance.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed in good standing.
• 3–7 years of post-JD legal experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of privacy and data security frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with commercial contracting.
• Comfortable advising on various legal issues.
• Builder’s mentality for creating processes.
