• Support corporate governance for over 23 distinct entities.
• Advise on M&A activities and corporate structure.

Requirements

• Strong corporate background and experience with corporate documentation.
• Familiarity with Delaware General Corporation Law (DGCL).
• Experience with M&A and corporate compliance.
• Knowledge of financial regulation and investment vehicles.
• Expertise in drafting various commercial contracts.
• Experience in privacy regulation compliance.
• Understanding of tax consequences in corporate settings.
• International experience in corporate law.
• Ability to work collaboratively in US time zones.
