Senior/Principal Solutions Architect, Open Source AI - Remote

Overview

OpenTeams is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior/Principal Solution Architect to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, leading the ideation, design and/or implementation of complex, large-scale open-source AI solutions.

In Short

• Lead the end-to-end architectural design and technical strategy for complex open-source AI solutions.
• Act as a primary technical point of contact for clients, understanding their business challenges.
• Provide expert guidance on open-source AI frameworks, libraries, tools, and platforms.
• Develop comprehensive architectural blueprints including data pipelines and model training strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams to articulate technical solutions.
• Stay abreast of advancements in open-source AI and contribute to technical blogs and presentations.
• Participate in and contribute to open-source projects and communities surrounding AI & ML.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Deep practical experience with open-source AI frameworks, libraries, and tools.
• Strong background in software engineering principles and design patterns.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Technical expertise in areas like Numerical Computing, MLOps, and Generative AI.
