Overview

OpenTeams is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior/Principal Solution Architect to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, leading the ideation, design and/or implementation of complex, large-scale open-source AI solutions.

In Short

• Lead architectural design and technical strategy for open-source AI solutions.
• Act as a primary technical point of contact for clients.
• Provide expert guidance on open-source AI frameworks.
• Develop comprehensive architectural blueprints.
• Collaborate with sales and business development teams.
• Stay abreast of advancements in open-source AI.
• Participate in and contribute to open-source projects.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Deep experience with open-source AI frameworks.
• Strong background in software engineering principles.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to analyze complex technical problems.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Deep technical expertise in AI/ML, MLOps, Data Engineering, etc.
