Principal Solutions Architect - Remote

Overview

We are hiring a Principal Solutions Architect to lead the design of robust technical solutions for the continuous advancement of our Testlio Platform, which is a fully remote position.

• Lead the design of Solution Blueprints and Technical Designs.
• Conduct peer reviews and provide quality assurance for technical documents.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on complex design challenges.
• Define and advocate for quality standards in designing and documenting.
• Support the deployment of AI-assisted quality processes.
• Curate the tech debt backlog and prioritize based on frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience.
• 5+ years of leading architectural decisions and technical design.
• Strong affinity with tech stack: React, TypeScript, NodeJS, GraphQL, PHP, MySQL, AWS, Kafka.
• Practical knowledge of architectural patterns, especially microservices.
• Understanding AI-powered development tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized and meticulous.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
