Overview

Restaurant365 is a SaaS company disrupting the restaurant industry, providing a centralized solution for accounting and back-office operations. The Corporate Counsel will support the legal team and handle various legal matters within the company.

• Negotiate, draft, review, and advise on key company agreements.
• Improve contracting processes and select contract management systems.
• Handle issues relating to data privacy, litigation, and compliance.
• Assist with corporate governance and financing issues.
• Collaborate with colleagues and outside counsel.
• Research and mitigate emerging legal risks.
• Advise leadership on critical legal matters.
• Understand the industry and operations to mitigate risks.
• Maintain knowledge of legal documents.

Requirements

• 1 – 3 years of corporate legal experience.
• Juris Doctor Degree and Bachelor's degree required.
• Licensed to practice law in a U.S. State or D.C.
• Experience with contracts and negotiations.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Pragmatic with a good risk tolerance.
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Intellectually curious with a bias toward action.
