Overview

The Corporate Counsel will work with Swan’s General Counsel to define and execute the legal strategy for the company, focusing on regulatory compliance, contracts, and corporate matters.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of legal experience in FinTech or related fields.
• Ability to research and learn new legal topics quickly.
• Experience in contract reviews and negotiations.
• Knowledge of corporate matters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• JD required.
• Experience working for a startup.
• Mission-driven mindset aligned with Bitcoin principles.
• Ability to prioritize workflows effectively.
• Must be available in US timezones.
