In Short

• Design and build scalable data pipelines.
• Manage and optimize Redshift Serverless data warehouse.
• Develop and scale dbt projects for data modeling.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for event tracking schemas.
• Establish data quality and observability best practices.
• Integrate Customer Data Platform and key data sources.
• Implement data governance standards with security team.
• Work with ad platforms and marketing tools.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment preferred.
• Compensation based on location and experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or Senior Analytics Engineer.
• Deep expertise in data warehousing (Redshift Serverless preferred).
• Expert-level SQL and Python proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with dbt for data workflows.
• Familiarity with ETL platforms and data orchestration tools.
• Solid understanding of AWS services.
• Experience with data from ad platforms preferred.
• Familiarity with BI tools like AWS QuickSight or Tableau.
• Experience with data governance in regulated industries preferred.
• US timezones only.
