In Short

• Generate leads and opportunities through various channels.
• Engage clients to build relationships and identify investment goals.
• Provide bespoke support throughout clients' Bitcoin journeys.
• Onboard new clients with high satisfaction rates.
• Ensure top-tier service for the best clients.
• Execute orders and provide concierge services on-call.
• Offer personal access to clients via SMS seven days a week.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Managers in sales.
• Flexibility to travel for short trips in the US as needed.
• Build a personal brand in the Bitcoin landscape.

Requirements

• Expert in Bitcoin with knowledge of financial markets.
• Experience in media appearances and digital content creation.
• Excellent listening skills and empathetic reasoning.
• Client-first mentality with fast response to requests.
• Flexible communication preferences with clients.
• Basic knowledge of tax, trust, and inheritance.
• Experience in the traditional financial industry.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Must be US-based and eligible to work in the US.
