Overview

FatTail is looking for a Client Success Manager to join our Revenue Operations team. This role involves building meaningful relationships with clients and ensuring their success with the FatTail platform.

• Act as a consultant to clients, driving adoption and utilization of the FatTail platform.
• Manage client relationships and become a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated successful client interaction skills.
• Ability to convey software application instructions at various levels.

• Prioritization and time management abilities.
• Must have a passport and be willing to travel.
