Overview

The Client Support Representative is responsible for providing order-level analysis and accurate responses to client and/or candidate inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding the company products and services.

In Short

  • Engages and builds relationships with clients and applicants, focusing on a positive customer experience.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail in processing information.
  • Maintains customer service support levels in all interactions.
  • Partners cross-functionally to troubleshoot delays and errors.
  • Understands Asurint products and services for quick resolution.
  • Handles complex customer service issues and escalates as necessary.
  • Manages candidate inquiries effectively.
  • Other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Experience providing high-volume customer service is required.
  • Experience with the legal/court system is preferred.
  • Experience with background screening is preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or similar software is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Driver's license is required with a satisfactory driving record.
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
